Refund/Exchange Policy

At Orchin, we’re all about making your experience smooth, simple, and hassle-free. While we don’t accept returns, we’ve designed our exchange policy to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.  

 

Returns Policy  

We do not accept returns for any products. However, if you encounter a defective or damaged product or need a size exchange, we’ve got you covered with our exchange policy.  

 

Exchange Policy  

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery under the following circumstances:  

  • 1. Defective or Damaged Products
    If your product arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving it. Contact Ocho at ocho@oneorchin.com with:  
    - Your order details.  
    - Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.  
  • 2. Size Exchange
    If your t-shirt doesn’t fit just right, you can exchange it for a different size.  
  • 3. Handmade Embroidery 
    Please note that our tees are hand embroidered, making every piece unique. Small imperfections or variations in embroidery are part of the charm and not considered defects.  

 

Exchange Process  

  • 1. Contact Us: Email Ocho at ocho@oneorchin.com with your order details and reason for exchange (photos of the problematic part of the product).  
  • 2. Hang Tag & Packaging: Ensure the hang tag is intact, and the product is in its original packaging.  
  • 3. Pickup & Inspection: We’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed.  
  • 4. Exchange Dispatch: We’ll dispatch your replacement within 1-2 business days of inspection approval.  

 

Cancellation Policy  

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.  

  • Email ocho at ocho@oneorchin.com with your order details.  
  • After 6 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as your order will already be in process.  

 

Refund Policy  

Orchin does not offer refunds unless:  

  • We are unable to fulfill your exchange request due to stock unavailability.  

In such cases, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
